The Oil-less Vacuum Pump may have some faults during use.
First, vacuum pump vacuum breakdown cause analysis:
1, vacuum pump Structural Parts inlet pneumatic door to prevent plugging contraction;
2, improper operation, not confirm that the inlet pneumatic door is closed, stop the vacuum pump.
Second, vacuum leaching treatment measures:
After the first vacuum pump is shut down, the vacuum degree is found to drop, and the third vacuum pump is immediately started.
2. Immediately ask the local staff to open the manual door of the water separator outlet solenoid valve and adjust the water separator to a high water level.
3, if the vacuum degree is still falling, there is no retrogression trend, let the local staff immediately close the pneumatic door of the inlet of the No. 1 vacuum pump and the manual pneumatic door in front of it, and open the No. 3 vacuum pump.
4. When the vacuum degree drops too fast, the load should be manually reduced to below 400MW to prevent the unit from triggering RB and RB action, and the unit should be processed normally according to RB.
5, if the treatment is not timely, the vacuum is too low, causing the turbine trip, the press emergency shutdown.
Third, anti-vacuum drop measures:
1, the implementation of major business guardianship system;
2, switch the correct switching mode, and make all possible assumptions;
3. Close the entrance door when closing the vacuum pump, and then stop the pump after confirming the closure.
